Change to office hours - March 1st, 2023

OFFICE HOURS

With effect from 1 March 2023, we will be adjusting our office working hours to better accommodate the needs of our team and our clients. Our new office working hours will be:

Monday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Tuesday 8.45am to 6.00pm
Wednesday 8.45am to 6.00pm
Thursday 8.45am to 6.00pm
Friday 8.45am to 12.30pm

We understand that this change may impact some of our clients, and we want to assure you that we are committed to providing uninterrupted service.  Our team will still be available to work outside of these hours on an as-needed basis.

However, we kindly ask that you reach out to us in advance to make arrangements.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT FRAUD AND CYBERCRIME

Cybercrime is on the increase. Our bank account details will not change during the course of your transaction.  We will never notify you of our bank details in the body of an email.  If you receive an email that appears to come from us which indicates a change of bank details, it is unlikely to be genuine.  When sending our account details to you via email, we cannot be held responsible for any interception of the email by a bogus third party. It is your responsibility to ensure you are sending funds to the correct account.  Before sending any funds to us, please contact our office to verify our account details.  We accept no responsibility for monies transferred into an incorrect or bogus account.
